Welcome to getfranchisefit.com (the "Site"), operated by Generation Optics LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, submitting an access request, completing the Ownership Alignment Process, or opting in to our messaging, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides the Ownership Alignment Process: a private, structured franchise discovery process that produces a Candidate Clarity Brief — a summary of your motivations, readiness indicators, and potential areas of fit. Where the process indicates it would be useful and you choose to proceed, we introduce you to independent franchise advisors, brokers, or consultants who can advise you further.
We are not a franchisor, a franchise broker, a financial advisor, a lawyer, or an accountant.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. By using the Site you confirm this.
The process only works if your answers are truthful. You agree that the information you submit when requesting access and completing the assessment — including financial qualification information — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension of your access, and we may decline to provide results or introductions at our discretion.
Submitting the assessment means your contact details, assessment responses, Candidate Clarity Brief, and financial qualification information may be shared with one or more independent franchise advisors or consultants who will contact you. Advisor introductions are a core purpose of the Site.
If you don't want that, don't submit the assessment. You can also email garret@generationoptics.com to have your submission deleted. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
By submitting your details you agree that we and our matched advisors may contact you by email, phone, and SMS about your access request and your assessment — including calls placed by an automated voice assistant and calls to numbers on state or federal Do Not Call registries, to the extent your consent permits.
Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of receiving your assessment results or of any purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Program description. Generation Optics LLC operates an SMS program for people who request access to the Ownership Alignment Process on getfranchisefit.com. Messages relate to your access request, your assessment, your results, appointment scheduling, and follow-up from a matched franchise advisor.
How to opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number on a form on the Site and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will typically receive between 2 and 10 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
HELP. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email garret@generationoptics.com. We respond to HELP replies with our program name and support contact details.
STOP. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You'll get one final confirmation message and then no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again on the Site.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy. No mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS consent, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy.
Don't: submit false information or someone else's contact details without their permission; scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site; attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer it; use it for anything unlawful; or resell or republish the assessment or the Candidate Clarity Brief.
The Site, the Ownership Alignment Process, the assessment framework, the Candidate Clarity Brief format, and all text, graphics, logos, and design are owned by Generation Optics LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Site and to use your own brief for your own decision-making. Everything else is reserved.
The Site may reference or link to third-party sites, franchise brands, or external resources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Generation Optics LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site, the Ownership Alignment Process, any decision made based on information provided through the Service, or any introduction to an advisor — even if advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so parts may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Generation Optics LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Morgan County, Utah, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept them.
